Little
Star Bilingual Art Kindergarten is situated located in the central
region of Zhongguancun High Science and Technology Park in Beijing
western suburbs. It officially became the Haidian District
organizational reform experiment site kindergarten on May 1, 2001.
It was originally established in September, 1983, and was a day care
kindergarten. It is a Grade-One Class-Two kindergarten in Beijing

legal representative is Haidian District commissar of the Chinese
People's Political Consultative Conference Ms. Chen Yuanyuan, the
routine director is acted by Ms. Li Shaoyun who has been engaged in
the young teaching work for many years.
A.
Basic situation
Our
kindergarten is situated in Meiyuan Xiaoqu, covering 3,034 square
meters, flowering in three seasons and evergreen in the four
seasons. The kindergarten¡¯s activity field is clean, spacious, safe,
and in order, with complete items of the equipment. Our kindergarten
enrolls 200 children aged from 1.5 to 6. There are eight classed,
divided according to the child¡¯s age.
There are a group of
experienced professional education and the care teachers with strong
sense of responsibility and solid professional skills in the
kindergarten. There are 36 teaching and administrative staff, one
routine kindergarten director, one operation kindergarten director,
graduating from Preschool College. There are 16 teachers 16, 100%
are the graduates of the secondary preschool, 64% obtain the
diploma. Other working staff are on post with card.

Direction of running the kindergarten: Standard, reform, innovation,

Aim of
running the kindergarten:
The
kindergarten comprehensively implements two laws and regulations,
carries out "Beijing Kindergarten Education Summary" and 24
characters general requests, takes "all for the child", "the
standard, the reform, the innovation, and up to the new stair" as
the objective, making the management of our kindergarten gradually
move towards the scientific style and standardization. The
kindergarten constructs the higher management level and higher
quality of the teaching and administrative staff, establishes the
good adaptive education environment for the children, improves the
comprehensive care and education quality, and works hard to make our
kindergarten become the characteristic one.

Education goal
1.
Promote the baby body¡¯s normal growth and the function coordination
development, build up physique, bring up good living, hygienic
habits and the interest in participation in sports.
2.
Develop the child¡¯s intelligence, bring up basic intercourse
capability by correctly using the sense organ and the language,
promote to understanding of the environment, bring up beneficial
interest and the desire for seeking knowledge, bring up primary
handcraft ability. Train the child to pursue for the beauty.
3.
Sprout
the child¡¯s emotion to love the hometown, love motherland, love
collective, love works, and love science, bring up the good moral
behavior and habit of honesty, self-confidence, loving to ask,
friendship, brave, taking good care of public property, overcoming
difficulty, politeness, disciplinary and so on, as well as alive and
open-minded characteristic.

up the child¡¯s preliminary spice and ability of feeling and showing
the beauty.

Education activity content and characteristic
1.
Complete the pre-school education curriculum stipulated by the State
Educational Committee.
2.
Arrangement according to the age difference of the children: No less
than 30 minutes foreign languages study every day.
3.
Kindergarten opens the Montessori class, and sets up such study
contents as the piano, the electric piano, the dance, the fine arts,
the computer, word spelling game, and changeable fast calculation.

G. Notice:
1.
This kindergarten recruits children aged from 1.5 to 6.
2.
Before the enrollment, the parent first must take the child
to make the registration in kindergarten; when decide to enrollment,
parent take the child to the assigned hospital for medical
examination, then take the medical result and the child¡¯s vaccinate
card and the registered permanent residence book to register and
make the enrollment process in kindergarten.
