Authorized by Beijing Daxing District Education Committee, Little Star Bilingual Art Kindergarten was established in Aug.2001 by Haidian District commissary of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee Party member Ms. Chen Yuanyuan, who also holds the post legal representative of this kindergarten. The routine director is acted by Ms. Qian Xuexian who has been engaged in the young education for many years.
