Beijing Haidian Disctrict Xingxing School was officially authorized to be established by Beijing Education Committee, Haidian Disctrict Government, and Haidian Disctrict Education Committee (authorized number is Hai Zheng Fa No.9) in March, 1997 and became Beijing Teaching and Research Institute Psychology Health Experiment Base in the next year. The legal representative is Haidian Disctrict the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference member, the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee party member Ms. Chen Yuanyuan. The post of Executive Principal is held by the excellent principal Mr. Wang Zuhong, the original principal of Chen Jing Lun Middle School Fu Dechun acts as the teaching consultant.

Ⅰ.  Localization of the school: Xingxing School Junior High School is located in Shangdi High Science and Technology Park. The school environment is tranquil and exquisite, fresh and pleasant. The surroundings is stable and reliable, which is ideal for study.

Ⅱ.  Teaching team: The teaching team in the school consist of a group of special and senior teachers with rich experience and strong sense of responsibility, and of a group of middle aged and young teachers full of vigor and vitality. Ⅲ.  Teaching management: In the teaching, small class teaching system and level – classifying teaching (math, foreign language) for all the students are carried out, moreover, tutoring for some individual students is also available. The time of class teaching system is 5.5 days per week.
