Based
on many years¡¯ teaching experience of the special and senior
teachers in our school, and all teaching and administrative staff¡¯s
unceasingly probing and summing-up experience for several years, at
present our school has already grasped an entire set of unique
teaching method and the management idea which is suitable to my
school. Based on the education thought with "humanist", every
teacher in our school educates the student from the aspects of the
moral, the wisdom, the physical, and the beauty. The educational
model of ¡°all the same¡± is never done here. But it aims at each
student's different characteristic and potential, carries on
education "with a clear goal", so as to be most advantageous to the
student¡¯s characteristic and good development.
With
the education thought of "no student who can not be educated", and
"everybody is equal in front of education", instruct every teacher's
teaching method; "regarding each student with the equal judgment",
create the equal and harmonious study atmosphere; press its progress
through enhancing the student¡¯s own understanding and the ability.
