The legal representative is Haidian Disctrict the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference member, the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee party member Ms. Chen Yuanyuan. The post of principal in Elementary School Section is held by Beijing Outstanding Educator, Dongcheng District Top-Ten Principal, Dongcheng District People's Government Education Consultant, Hu Shaofang.
